“You don’t need more noise. You need the right strategy, clear priorities and the confidence to take action.”

Kirsten Horner
Kirsten Horner has spent more than 20 years working across sales, marketing, business development and client strategy, giving her a practical understanding of what drives business growth.
As Director of Yellow Sub Marketing, Kirsten works closely with business owners to improve the way they position, market and grow their businesses.
Her experience gives her a practical understanding of both sides of business growth: attracting the right customers and building the systems, structure and commercial thinking needed to turn that growth into stronger results.
Kirsten helps business owners cut through the complexity to identify what drives performance, where marketing effort is being wasted and which changes are most likely to improve visibility, conversion, profitability and long-term value.
She does not believe in marketing for marketing’s sake. Every website, campaign, sales process or digital strategy needs a clear commercial purpose that supports the vision of the business.
Her background in business coaching also means she looks beyond marketing alone. She works with owners on priorities, decision-making, accountability and the practical steps required to move from ideas to measurable results.
Kirsten also has a long-standing interest in personal development, human behaviour and what helps people perform at their best. That perspective shapes the way she works with business owners, particularly around confidence, clarity, habits, leadership and the way personal thinking influences business decisions.
Her approach is direct, collaborative and grounded in what will genuinely work for the business. She brings an outside perspective while remaining closely involved in the detail, helping owners see opportunities, question assumptions and make more confident decisions.
Kirsten’s goal is simple: to help business owners make smarter marketing and business decisions that lead to stronger, more profitable businesses and a better experience of running them.
